WU LI UNIVERSAL JEET KUNE DO
Welcome to the WU LI UNIVERSAL JEET KUNE DO web site !!
This web site is dedicated to all "Free" martial artists with a passion for Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do as well as Traditional Chinese Kung Fu and Philosophy.
Jeet Kune Do should be understood by all to be a means of self discovery, whereby we take a leap into OUR OWN direction of personal growth, and subsequent enlightenment.

WU LI (The first part of my home page heading), literally means "My Way" (or Your Way).
As martial artist's we all have to learn the basic scientific principles that govern effective fighting, but our duty should also be to develop our OWN style of unpredictability - our OWN WU-LI.

Jeet Kune Do is the difference between knowledge and experience !!!

"Using no way as the way, having no limitation as your limitation"
Bruce Lee November 1940 - July 1973

Each one of us has to go through our own process of development through personal examination and introspection, the common vehicle that we have being the martial arts. Success therefore lies in overcoming the obstacles that lie in our path ... This struggle is very important as we strive to be the best that we possibly can.

"Always remember, that it is good to have an end to journey towards, but it is ultimately the journey that matters in the end !!".

Although my understanding of Jeet Kune Do only scratches the surface of this great martial art and philosophy of life, I hope that my words will inspire you to keep searching and constantly improving yourself mentally, physically and spiritually in the realms of this existence.

Good Luck on this exciting journey towards finding YOUR OWN "Truth" or Tao as well as your complete personal liberation.

Robert Ciapparelli.

Into a soul absolutely free
From thoughts and emotions
Even the Tiger finds no room
To insert its fierce claws
No thinking, no reflecting,
Perfect emptiness
Yet therein something moves,
Following its own course.

Victory is for the one,
Even before the combat
Who has no thought of himself,
Abiding in the no-mind-ness of Great Origin.
